2010 Spring Auction and Cocktail Party
We are delighted to invite you to the Willistown Country Day School’s Annual
Spring Auction and Cocktail Party to be held on Friday, April 23rd,
at 7:00 P.M. at People’s Light and Theatre in Malvern.

Donating an Item for Auctioning
All businesses that provide a donation of goods or services will get
advertising in our auction guide and during the auction, reaching many local
families. To make a donation, please contact Melinda Welsh at
welshms@hotmail.com.
Sponsorships
As part of this special evening, we will now be offering Sponsorships to
support this event as follows:
- ($250) – Family/Individual Sponsorships – offers two tickets to the
event, recognition in the program as Bronze Sponsor
- ($500) – Corporate Sponsorship – offers four tickets to the event,
recognition in the Program as Silver Sponsor, Company name on “Thank You
to our Corporate Sponsors” to be displayed at event site
- ($1,500) – Corporate Sponsorship – offers eight tickets to the
event, Name/Logo on Invitation (if committed by March 5th); recognition
in program as Gold Sponsor, company name on “Thank You to our Corporate
Sponsors” to be displayed at event site, company logo on the Willistown Country Day School’s Website.
