Important News on Weather Conditions and WCDS Closings/Delays
To find out our school status during bad weather, you may go to Channel 6 on your TV (beginning at 6:30 am). Parents may also check our school status at www.6abc.com (select school closings).
Please be advised of WCDS definitions of closings/delays
One Hour Delay: Schools will open at 9 am.
Two Hour Delay: Schools will open at 10 am.
Early Dismissal: School will send out information to all parents via all school email and phone calls.
In order for this system to work effectively, it is most important that all parent and emergency contact and email information be kept updated and on file at all times.
