The balance is to be paid in twelve monthly installments of $941.50 per month. Payment is due on the first of the month from July 1, 2012 through June 1, 2013.

Parents are financially responsible for all annual student fees. This includes registration, deposit, materials and tuition. Acceptance of signed and dated registration form creates an obligation to pay all fees tuition for the entire academic year.

WCDS Refund Policy - WCDS does not refund for absence due to illness, vacation or snow days. *In specific situations due to employment transfer or prolonged student illness, WCDS may, upon documentation and notarized affidavit, consider reducing financial obligation on a case by case basis.

Transportation is provided by your school district, provided you live within a ten mile radius of the school. MMS is open from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm. Students must arrive by 8:25 to begin class at 8:30.

Afternoon Daycare for elementary students is $10.00 per hour held at the preschool buildings. WCDS will provide limited transportation to the West Goshen Campus for daycare upon parental request. WCDS transportation fee is $750.00 per year. Students residing in the West Chester Area School District can be bused to the West Goshen Campus for aftercare. Transportation provided by the school district is free of charge.

Children applying to Elementary school must be 5 years old by October 1st.

*Admission is contingent upon teacher recommendation and readiness testing, individual evaluation and assessment of the whole child. WCDS reserves the right to place children in the Montessori Class best suited to his/her needs.
